🌿 Our Trauma‑Informed Approach
Being trauma‑informed means that every part of our work is guided by safety, trust, and empowerment. We understand that past experiences — big or small — can shape how a person feels and behaves today.
- Create a safe, supportive space where people feel respected and understood
- Move at the individual’s pace, never forcing them to share more than they’re ready
- Focus on strengths and resilience, not just struggles
- Work in partnership with families, recognising that healing happens in connection
This approach ensures that therapy is not only supportive but also deeply healing for those navigating trauma, stress, or grief.
